Meet Angela Joy: Actress, Stand-Up Comedian, Producer, Writer & Singer Based in LA

Angela Joy is a multi-talented performer with a wide array of skills and experience. She received her AFA Acting in Film Degree from the prestigious New York Film Academy and has undergone extensive training in acting and comedy.

Angela made her first TV appearance on SPIKE TV's "Tattoo Nightmares - Episode Dr. Death," but she's best known for her stand-up performances in Los Angeles and starring in The Dinner Detective Murder Mystery Theatre Company on Saturday nights.

Throughout her career, Angela has worked with some of the biggest names in entertainment, including Iliza Shlesinger (Netflix) John Mulaney (SNL), Darryl Hammond (SNL), Jamie Kennedy (Scream), Brenda Vacaro (Friends, Just Like That), Caroline Rhea (Sabrina & The Teenage Witch), Francisco Ramos (Comedian), Mary Lynn Rajskub (24, It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia), and Gilbert Shilton (Law & Order).

In addition to her work in the entertainment industry, Angela is also the Creator and Social Media Manager for two Instagram Meme Accounts: @thestruggleisdaily (414,000 followers) and @angelajoycomedy (28,500k followers). She is also the producer of the LA Stand-Up Comedy Show "The Comedy Therapy Show."
